Our visitor suites feature a separate living area and kitchen which are perfect for groups, families, or those who just want the comfort of more space. A useful work desk is perfect for those visiting us while enjoying a conference at DCU. Available in one or two bedrooms.

For those on our Glasnevin campus you have a selection of dining options throughout your stay!
The Main Restaurant
DCU’s largest restaurant is within walking distance of your room and is perfect for a quick breakfast before heading into the city centre or lunch for those attending summer courses or conferences. The main restaurant can cater for up to 500 at any one time and is ideal for large groups staying on campus looking to enjoy extra space and efficient catering.
If you plan on working or studying during your meal or over a coffee, we have free Wi-Fi and a laptop area with sockets provided. During the summer months, why not make use of our outside plaza area?
The Long Room
Enjoy a table service lunch in the Long Room seating up to 130 guests. Lunch is served from 12.00pm – 2pm, with latelunches, breakfast meetings and dinners all available on request.
The 1838 Club
For those looking for a fine dining experience on-site our 1838 Club restaurant is available for guests who wish to enjoy quality food conveniently close to their rooms. The 1838 club has private rooms for dining and socializing.
The Lounge
This unique and historic space comes with relaxing arm chairs, low oak tables and is perfect for receptions as well as casual meetings.
The Seed Room
Furnished with comfy couches, the seed rooms can be used for events and hold up to 60 people standing. Lecterns and audiovisual equipment are available.
The 1838Staff Room
Enjoy banquet dinners for 100 people or why not keep it casual and cosy with finger food for up to 170 people standing!
